LOVE this toaster oven!
I got this about a year ago and I love it! I use it 2 or 3 times a day to make meals for myself and my toddler. It has made cooking and clean-up so much easier and faster for me! The convection feature is awesome. Food cooks faster and still cooks very evenly. I use a regular toaster for making toast so I can't comment on that, but biscuits come out beautifully :) There is a crumb tray under the bottom heating element which is nice. Customer service for this product is also fantastic! I called them with an issue I had and they took care of it immediately. Great product and a great company!! I definitely will consider other Oster products in the future!

Works great except for...
I purchased this oven last summer (2015)... probably late June or in July. I really like it. I takes a while for it to toast an english muffin but I love the convection oven feature. It works just like a regular oven! The EXCEPTION now is that, this past Sunday (02/07/16), the bottom left-hand hinge on the oven door failed (see attached photo). I lost my receipt for this oven which I purchased at Walmart using a gift card but I usually register my appliances so I hope there is a record in Oster's files of when I made the purchase. I hope there is something that can be done to make an exchange.

Good oven but...
I have had this oven for about a year. Use it for everything from toasting, reheating, cooking, baking. Up until recently I would give it 4.5 stars. I don't have a problem with the way it toasts and the temp seems accurate. However, the timer dial stopped working. It just keeps "ticking" after it should shut off and moves right on past OFF. Not sure if the oven stays on when it does that but the light does so I assume the oven is still on. I got worried about not being able to turn it off so I unplugged it and stopped using it. Tried to get in touch with customer service but they are not available on the weekends and only available during the week when I'm at work.

Electrical Cord is too short
My mother bought this item about two months ago. While the baking feature is great, I am having a problem with a consistent toasting of my bread. I read the guidelines for toasting but even after adjusting the time my toast is burnt on top.
Also, mom and I are rather unimpressed with the electrical cord. It is way too short to reach my wall socket. My last toaster oven had a much longer cord and it reached from behind the toaster to the side wall were the socket is located. I live in an apartment and do not have a lot of counter space and the wall sockets are few and far between.
I would recommend this product for its convection oven but not for making toast.

I bought this model to replace a smaller B & D. I am well pleased with the toasting setting-easy to set, very fast and efficient. Evenly toasted too. I baked a pie in it and it browned up nicely without burning. I convection roast vegetables and bake potatoes quickly & perfectly. I am on a seniors budget so I appreciated the good price point where I could afford the turbo convection function. I would buy this unit again. If I was to wish for anything more it might be a tighter seal around the door. It may be designed to allow some heat to escape but I wondered if it was wasting energy. I think it is a win for me & my needs. It is good quality like all Oster products I've used.

This is a gem of an oven!
I have only had this toaster oven for a few days, and i'm loving it already. It bakes evenly and thoroughly and the food always comes out good. It's great for pizza, and for reheating. I've baked cookies, biscuits, pizza, french fries, garlic bread, and so far this thing doesn't disappoint. It looks great sitting on my counter, and is a lot more compact than my last toaster oven. The stainless steel exterior matches all my other appliances. The only suggestion I would make would to be to add a light. My last one had a light and I really miss that feature, but I can live with that.

Nice Toaster Oven for Price
I bought this toaster oven last month and it is a nice appliance, but it is not perfect. For the price, it is a good buy. The toasting of bread is not perfect, and there is a lot of trial and error in preventing burnt toast. I have read other comments, and it strikes me as odd that the User Manual is not posted on the Website. The little pamphlet that came with the toaster/oven does not qualify as a User Manual. Why not put the entire manual on the website for this appliance and other appliances as a PDF document?? This would be easier on consumers and would reduce the time your Customer Care Dept. would need to send out manuals. Also, someone asked if aluminum pans could be used in the oven...I guess not. That information should also be out there in the Manual.

Temperature all over the places !
I live in Montreal but I bought this oven at Walmart in the State's in August 2015.
It worked well and I loved it... until last month, when it burned many of my toast's and reheats. When I baked all the elements heat up, both above and below, and the temperature was so high every time. Broiling also proved to be unreliable. Fortunately I kept my receipt, I also registered it since it has a 5-year warranty. Oster directed me to a repair place in Montréal, where I left my oven. No news for 3 weeks. When I called yesterday, they said they have not received the parts. Did they even order it? How long should I wait, Oster?
