My husband bought this for me. I cooked my beat turkey ever at Thanksgiving, right out of the box. Just perfection. So I started cooking more with it. I have made this my new oven. Period. Every meat comes out juicy and brown. The secret is to set the temp, set a timer, and do not open the lid until it looks brown. Always put meat directly on the rack or you may have uneven cooking. I cook half chickens, whole chickens, pork tenderloin, turkey, ham, roasts. Buying both of my sisters one this month!!

I cooked a 16 pound turkey for 4 hours yesterday on 350 and it’s not done. I’ve had it one for 2 hours this morning at 400 and it’s still not done. This is a waste of time and money.
