Rated 1 out of 5 by Sadlydisappointed from Not Impressed Not impressed with this product. Selected it based on other very impressive Oster products. We experience uneven toasting and inconsistent toasting. I purchased my first one, that after 3 days stopped working entirely. I returned it for a replacement because I liked the features and style, but the replacement is disappointing. One side of bread is toasted, the other is extremely light, hardly toasted. Then the next batch will be burned at the same setting.

Rated 1 out of 5 by BobR from Big disappointment Purchased at Walmart because no one else in our area sells toasters (imagine my surprise when Lowes had no toasters on their shelves). First one lasted only a week and was swapped at Walmart. The second one lasted about 3 weeks then started toasting in all kinds of weird ways, uneven and inconsistent. Bagel feature always sucked, never could figure out how to toast a bagel on the cut side without having charcoal on the other side. No matter how the bagel was inserted the outside was burned and the inside was brown - well at least in some spots. Lasted another 5 months with extreme aggravation, then attempted to return only to find out even walmart won't take it back. Went back to using a 1960 Sunbeam Radiant with autodrop. At least that still works (and very well I might add) - but unfortunately does not toast 4 slices.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jan from Hastings Michiga from Nice Toaster It has multiple settings and easy to store because it is slim. I replace this with my old Oster Toaster that I had for several years. I highly recommend this one, for the price and quality of the product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Sophiebric from great experience I love this toaster. We have been having it for a while and It still works perfectly. Bread and bagels, even blinies or pancakes sometimes, are well toasted.

Rated 1 out of 5 by laa921 from style I wanted but not the performance I searched for a long and narrow toaster that could toast 4 pieces at once. Oster offered the only one I could find! I was very happy. However, within a month it popped up immediately and when it did stay down, it toasted inconsistently. Sadly, I had to pull out our old traditional Oster that we could for our wedding anniversary 10 years ago. So I know they make a could product, just not this one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Cartmen from Nice if you like your toast black or warmed. My wife bought this toaster because it matched our other stainless appliances. Good thing because that is the only thing productive that it has done. Only toaster I've seen that you have to watch it like an oven because it never pops up. Doesn't matter what you have it set at on the knob. It has some buttons you can push right after you put the toast down that will make it pop up about 30 seconds after you put it down. Gives your bread a little warmth.

Rated 1 out of 5 by MisterJim from Poor, poor, poor. Purchased your four slice toaster at Kohls about a month ago. Figured It must be good because of the Oster name. We threw the box out but have our receipt. Kohl’s won’t take it back. It burns the toast on the bottom and barely warms it on the other. I’d get better results by holding my toast on a fork over an open flame on the stove.
