Rated 1 out of 5 by SLoMo from Worst I've ever had! I originally purchased this as a gift for my in-laws, but long story short, we ended up keeping it ourselves. I'm so glad we did! This would have been a terrible gift. i have to push down the slider things repeatedly before it actually starts toasting--so many times I thought it was toasting, only to come back later to discover it wasn't doing anything. This is also the slowest toaster I've ever had. And it tests quite unevenly--the bottom of my bagel will be quite dark and the top will be slightly warm. I do like the retractable cord!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Untoastedtoast from Awful don't waste your hard earned money I bought this in April 2014 and it rarely works. I can seldom get the levers to go down. For a four slice toaster I cannot get both sides to work on the same day. The left side works one day but not the next. Tomorrow maybe the right side will work but don't bet the farm on it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Debra from Terrible I have used this thing maybe 3x and it won't stay down when you push the handles down and if it does it won't come up without the bagel sticking. This is nothing but junk, I wish I would have kept my 2 slice toaster that cost me $10 from 25 years ago.

Rated 1 out of 5 by amsd from Just don't Let's start with the positive: it toasts... sometimes. And if you like starting your morning with questions like, "Will it actually toast? How about now? Should I bother trying the bagel button for the umpteenth time? Am I really in the mood for disappointment? Apparently this morning 3.5 = burnt to a crisp..." If, however, you are like me and predictability is important as well as evenly cooked food, I do not recommend this toaster.

Rated 1 out of 5 by No toast from Sucks Bought this toast 3 days ago. Worked perfect first day. Now nothing, bagel light on, but levers won't stay down and nothing happens. Then I started reading other reviews, there all the same, this toaster is junk. Oster should have fixed this problem years ago, many complaints over the years. If this is how they do business, it's time to stop buying their products.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Kevin62 from Overall good purchase We like the toaster, it has worked every time we have tried to use it, however the only issue we have is that on the right hand side, facing the levers, we get uneven toasting. I have adjusted it several times, but just can't get both sides to work.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous from Awful toaster! Brand new 4slice oster toaster, a piece of junk! Do not buy! Can not push the levers down into click. Will not engage the levers down to work, only after standing there for who knows how long repeatedly pushing the levers will it grab.

Rated 1 out of 5 by mariashbay from Don't waste your money One of the biggest pieces of junk I have wasted money on. Takes a dozen times or so of pushing it down before it will stay down and toast. We have only used it 3 or 4 times and have had to fight with every time.
