Japanese-Style Ginger Dressing

A zesty ginger dressing that will have your tastebuds dancing.


• 1/3 cup peanut or canola oil
• 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
• 4 teaspoons ketchup
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper, to taste
• 1/3 cup chopped onion
• 1 tablespoon chopped celery
• 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger


1. Place all ingredients in Oster® blender in order listed; blend on HIGH until smooth.

Drizzle over crisp greens and top with julienned carrots and red cabbage.
