Blueberry Coconut Smoothie

Packed with nutrition and even some unconventional ingredients, this is not your average smoothie.


• 1 frozen banana
• 2 cups frozen blueberries
• 2 cups coconut water
• ½ beetroot, peeled and chopped
• ⅓ cup walnuts
• 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup


1. Place all ingredients into Oster® blender jar. Secure the lid.
2. Blend on HIGH speed until all of the ingredients are blended, or use the Smoothie function.
3. Serve and enjoy!
