Caesar Salad Dressing

Caesar salad is a restaurant staple, and now you can make a restaurant-quality version to enjoy at home.


• 15 whole black peppercorns
• 4 cloves garlic, peeled
• 2 eggs
• ⅔ cup lemon juice
• ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
• ½ tsp. salt
• ½ tsp. worcestershire sauce
• ¼ tsp. granulated sugar
• ¼ tsp. mustard powder
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste


1. Add all ingredients to Oster® blender jar; secure lid.
2. Blend on LOW for 30 seconds or until thick.
3. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator; use within 3 days.
