Olive Tapenade Bruschetta

• 2 cloves garlic
• 2 anchovies
• 2 fresh sage leaves
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1/2 cup green olives, pitted
• 1/2 cup fresh parsley
• 6-8 button mushrooms, halved
• pinch of salt
• pinch of black pepper
• zest & juice of 1 lemon


1. Combine all ingredients, except lemon juice and zest in Oster Blender jar
2. Pulse 10 times
3. When fully combined, pour mixture into pan and add lemon juice and lemon zest
4. Sauté for 6-8 minutes
5. Serve with bread or crackers and enjoy!
