Gluten-Free Fruit Delights

• 1 ½ cups of walnuts
• 1 ½ cups of almonds
• ½ cup of macadamia nuts
• ½ cup of pumpkin seeds
• ½ cup of sunflower seeds
• ¼ cup of chia seeds
• 2 cups of raw soaked cashew nuts
• 1 cup of water
• ¼ tsp. of salt
• 2 tsp. of vanilla extract
• ½ tbsp. of honey
• Fresh berries of your choice


1. Add all nuts and seeds to blender jar and pulse until coarsely chopped. Set aside.
2. To make cashew cream, add 2 cups of soaked cashews into blender jar with 1 cup of water, salt, honey and vanilla extract and blend on medium speed for 60 seconds.
3. In decorative serving dish, make layers of chopped nuts and cashew cream, leaving room at the top for your fresh berries.
4. Garnish and ENJOY!
