Gluten Free Almond Waffles
Makes 6-8 waffles

• 2 large eggs
• ¼ cup milk of your choice
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 ½ cups almond flour
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tbsp arrowroot powder
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• Oil or butter for the waffle plates

Instructions

1. Place all the ingredients into the Blender jar, pulse 4-5 times to combine then select high and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the batter into your waffle maker and follow manufacturer’s guidance for cooking time.
3. Serve hot with fresh berries and maple syrup
