Spicy Banana Blend Smoothie Bowl

• 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
• 2 tbsp whole almonds
• 1 tbsp flaxseeds
• 1 tbsp mint leaves
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• ½ inch piece of peeled ginger
• 2 bananas
• 4 cups of chilled orange juice
• Fruit for Garnish: Strawberries, Kiwi, Banana, Raspberries


1. Place the first 6 ingredients into the blending jar and blend on medium until a fine texture is achieved
2. Add the ginger, bananas and orange juice. Select the smoothie button and allow the blender to finish.
3. Divide between 2 bowls and garnish with a variety of chopped fruit.
Serve immediately.
