Pistachio and Tarragon Aioli

• 1 cup warm water
• ⅔ cup pistachio kernels
• ⅔ cup sliced almonds
• ½ cup olive oil
• 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon capers
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste


1. Add all ingredients to the tall blender jar. Secure the lid.
2. Blend on LOW speed for 20 seconds or until thick.
3. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
