Coriander, Pistachio & Olive Dip

• 1 clove garlic, peeled
• 1 jalapeno
• 1 cup fresh coriander
• ½ cup green olives, pitted
• ½ cup water
• ⅓ cup lemon juice
• ⅓ cup olive oil
• ⅓ cup pistachios, roasted or lightly toasted
• ⅓ cup sliced almonds
• 1 teaspoon honey
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste


1. Add all ingredients into the blender jar. Secure the lid.
2. Blend on MEDIUM speed for 1 minute or until all ingredients are smooth.
3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
