Raspberry Shallot Vinaigrette
A sweet and tangy raspberry vinaigrette with enough zing to make you sing!
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
• 3 tablespoons raspberry preserves
• 1- 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
• 1/4 cup coarsely chopped shallots
• 1 small garlic clove, thinly sliced
• 1/4 teaspoon salt or pepper, to taste
1. Place all ingredients in Oster® blender jar in order listed; blend on HIGH until creamy.
2. Drizzle over mixed greens and toss lightly. Add freshly ground black pepper.
