Coconut Macadamia Butter
Try this nut butter for a healthy alternative to traditional butter and, if you don't like macadamia nuts, two cups of unsalted roasted cashews may be used as an alternative.
• 2 cups (about 9 oz.) unsalted macadamia nuts
• 1 tbsp. coconut oil
• 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
1. Place all ingredients in order listed in Oster® blender jar; pulse 2 to 3 times.
2. Blend on HIGH for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until creamy, using tamper to press ingredients into blade; transfer to a covered container.
3. Store airtight in the refrigerator.
