Gourmet Pesto

Fresh basil, tons of garlic and a combination of nutty cheeses.. Is your mouth watering yet??


• 2 cups fresh basil leaves
• 1⁄4 cup pine nuts
• 1⁄4 cup olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1⁄4 tsp. salt (optional)
• 1⁄2 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese


1. Place basil, pine nuts, oil, garlic and salt, if desired, in Oster® blender jar.
2. Blend on HIGH
3. Add cheese; pulse 2 times to blend.
4. Serve over warm fettuccini.
5. Store in refrigerator, use within 2 weeks.
