Creamy Shrimp and Rice
•1 cup uncooked white or wild rice
•Salt and pepper
•1 1/4 cup chicken broth
•2 tbsp sliced green onions
•1-3/4 cups cream of potato soup
•1 cup frozen cooked shrimp
•1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
•2 tbsp sliced almonds, toasted
1. Combine rice, chicken broth, potato soup, onions, cheese, shrimp, and salt and pepper in rice bowl. Stir well.
2. Fill water reservoir to Max level.
3. Steam for 60 minutes. Stir once while cooking.
4. Garnish with sliced almonds
