Check the following:
- Check that the water is not past the fill line and that the rubber gasket is around the Entrance Needle on the top of the brew head (be careful as the needle is sharp)
- The Exit Needle in the bottom of the Keurig® K-Cup® Holder Assembly may be partially blocked. Refer to the Instruction Book for cleaning instructions (using a clean paper clip to remove any blockage).
- If you have cleaned the Exit Needle and the condition still exists, you can use the straightened, clean paper clip to clean the Entrance Needle in the Brew Head. You should open the Brew Head and gently insert the paper clip into the 3 small openings where the Entrance Needle meets the rubber gasket (be careful as the needle is sharp)
