Care & Maintenance

Always turn your unit off, Unplug and let it cool before cleaning. Do not submerge unit in water. To clean exterior wipe with a damp cloth. Use only mild soapy water. Clean the rack, trays and accessories with a small amount of dishwashing liquid and a non-abrasive sponge or cleaning pad. Empty crumb tray frequently to avoid accumulation of crumbs.

It's my first convection and large countertop that really lives up to it's reputation. I've baked roasts(pork, beef, chicken), casseroles, and many desserts like brownies, gingerbread & bananabread. Digital features are very easy to use and yes it really does bake a huge Costco pizza! Best investment I've made. Do not hesitate to buy this oven - I waited several months to decide and wish I'd done it sooner. It has exceeded my expectations of it and I know I will enjoy cooking with it all the time. It has totally replaced my wall oven for everything!

It met its demise with a batch of flaming holiday themed packaged cookies which resembled sterno. After a hit with the fire extinguisher it wasn't usable. I searched and searched for a replacement and was happy to find this model. It was hard to find in stock but was well worth the search. It has a much larger capacity and I can now use normal size baking pans. As I do with any new product I did feel out the temperatures for my favorite products and found that the temperature settings were pretty accurate. I love this product so far and I am very glad I purchased Oster.

Rated 2 out of 5 by cheflori from Great oven until the buttons stopped working! I bought this toaster oven on 11/1/14. It was great! Large enough for a 13 x 9 pan and a large pizza. I loved that it had a convection setting. But then in March the OVEN and START buttons stopped working all the time. It would be a guess on if the oven would work or not each day when I got home to make dinner. It's very frustrating because I'm over the 90 days in order to return it to Target and I'm surely not going to take it to a repair place and pay for repairs. My last toaster oven was an Oster but it was a little one that cost $30 and it lasted for several years, that is why I upgraded to the larger one. Reading reviews I see I'm not the only person...What can I do?!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Isley from Heats up faster than my oven! I'm loving my new Oster countertop oven! I thought I wouldn't use it often since I have a conventional oven too, but I find myself using it a lot more than I thought. It heats up really quickly, and I feel like the cleanup is easier than a conventional oven. I love that it's digital, and it's really easy to figure out. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I've noticed it does cook some things a little unevenly, like biscuits and French fries. Overall a great product and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an additional oven, which comes in handy for holiday cooking! Disclaimer: I received this product to review, however views are my own.

Rated 4 out of 5 by BrittanyVT from Beautiful oven that cooks super fast! I was pleasantly surprised with the overall design of the oven when I received it last month. It is very large so you must have space for it. However, it cooks food super fast and is very easy to use. It is great to have if you don't want your oven to heat up the whole house, or if you need an extra oven for big get togethers! The stainless steel makes it have a very expensive look. I gave it 4 starts because I noticed when making pizza is that one side of the pizza would be overdone and I had to make sure to watch the food because it cooks rather fast. Other than that, I've really enjoyed cooking food in the oven! Disclaimer: This product was sent to me to review.

Rated 4 out of 5 by ramosm from Larger than I expected! I was surprised as to how large this oven was! Great if you've got the space for it because it doesn't really fit in my cabinets. Pros: The look is really nice and it's easier than having to heat up my entire range oven. It cooks food really fast so I would caution to keep an eye on what you have in there. The cons: I would have liked it to have a light and the handle gets too hot. It would also be great if it didn't automatically shut off after about 40 minutes (which included the preheating). I kept having to turn it back on to finish baking which was kind of annoying. I received this product as a sample to review.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Sharonc from Terrible Design! Botton Breaks after 4 months The "Digital Flat Panel Botton" design is a Huge Problem! 1. The botton makes no sound when you press it, so you have no idea whether the oven starts or not. 2. The default Temperature & Minutes setting make it Very Inconvenient that you need to adjust it every time by pressing the botton one at a time! What a waste of time! 3. The "Start" botton breaks after 4 months of using it. This is similar problem as other users' reviews. Now the oven won't start the temperature & it becomes a big junk sitting on our kitchen countertop. I used to own an Oster Toaster Oven-turn knob style for more than a decade with almost daily usage. Now the design & durability of this digital oven is no comparasion.

It allowed me to get more done and spend less time in the kitchen. It's also good for just popping a pizza in or cooking cheese toast. I love how simple it is to use and how it automatically shuts off after the timer finishes. Now the only downside is the the one baking sheet that is included because it doesn't allow for you to use your own baking sheet because the size of the oven. This model is factory calibrated and does not include a manual temperature calibration feature for the user. It is normal to see some temperature variation during the heating cycle, as countertop ovens regulate heat by cycling on and off to maintain the set temperature. However, if your unit consistently does not reach close to 400&deg;F and remains around 330&deg;F, we recommend allowing the oven to fully preheat, using an internal oven thermometer placed in the center of the rack for the most accurate reading, and ensuring the door is fully closed and properly sealed.

The Oster&reg; Extra Large Digital Countertop Oven is equipped with a convection cooking function, which circulates hot air throughout the oven to cook food more evenly and efficiently, similar to how an air fryer works. While it doesn't have the compact size or high-speed fan of a traditional air fryer, the convection feature does help food cook faster and achieve a crispier texture, especially for items like roasted vegetables, baked goods, or frozen snacks.

In general, with convection on, you can expect cook times to be about 20&ndash;30% faster than traditional baking, and at slightly lower temperatures.

Without convection: The oven functions like a standard conventional oven. Cook times will be similar to a full-size oven, though it may still be a bit faster due to the smaller interior and efficient heating elements.

While it may not cook quite as fast as a dedicated air fryer, the Oster&reg; Extra Large Digital Oven offers much more versatility with its extra-large capacity, perfect for baking, roasting, toasting, and more.

Thanks for your question. In the Oster&reg; Extra Large Digital Countertop Oven, the &ldquo;Warm&rdquo; setting is designed to hold food at a low temperature, typically between 130&deg;F and 180&deg;F, with a default around 150&deg;F.

When in Warm mode, only the top heating elements run at half power, while the bottom elements remain off. This setting isn&rsquo;t meant for cooking, just for gentle warming and maintaining food temperature without overcooking.

This default auto-shutoff is intended to prevent the oven from running indefinitely.
