Care & Maintenance

Always turn your unit off, Unplug and let it cool before cleaning. Do not submerge unit in water. To clean exterior wipe with a damp cloth. Use only mild soapy water. Clean the rack, trays and accessories with a small amount of dishwashing liquid and a non-abrasive sponge or cleaning pad. Empty crumb tray frequently to avoid accumulation of crumbs.

I purchased this oven, because the gas is out in my building for the next 3 months & the size was right for my tiny kitchen...This is a fairly adequate toaster oven...”air fryer” feature is non existent as is the “convection” feature!!! Very disappointed!!!

The toast feature works well, but as I was testing the other functions, there is no fan noise when the Turbo function is selected. Is there supposed to be noise? Do I have a malfunctioning device? I plan on returning it to Target tomorrow, unless I receive other instructions.

How's an air fryer work if there's no fan? I'm bummed cause I threw the box away before I used it so couldn't return it. Bought it for our work breakroom and now it just sits there cause people think it's broken. So buyer beware, this product is very misleading. Not review on Oster in general but on this product specifically. I gave it 2 stars cause it still works as a toaster oven but that's it.

Never having had an air fryer before, wasn't sure what to expect. However, didn't see any difference when I prepared foods from toasting to air frying. After reading the reviews, and checking my product, the fan is not working. I would like to know how to get a replacement. I tried to call the customer service number and the auto attendant keeps telling me that they cannot connect me and to try again.

I am looking for another rack to fit this model and it is an awkward size, so I am having a terrible time finding one. Would not buy again. Would not recommend.

The interior is made with a nonstick surface. The interior of the oven is coated with an easy-clean surface that makes clean up simple. 

High heat appliances can have some discoloration, this is normal. Best way to reduce the discoloration is to clean with a damp or soapy washcloth. That is all that is necessary to remove dirt. Also, you may try with a soft scrub and soap.
