Rated 5 out of 5 by sweetp267 from Great first rice cooker! I wasn't sure if I needed to get a rice cooker. After using it and experimenting with it a few times I was very happy with the results that I had. I really like the one touch button to start the cooking process. I also liked the time it took to cook the rice in what seemed a short time. I liked the two light system red light cooking and the second light would aluminate when the cooking was finished. And the keep warm function that automatically starts with the cooking is over that last for 12 hours is an added plus. I really enjoyed using this product and I would recommend it to anyone. Disclaimer I was given this product at no cost to review its function and results.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Annie P from Great for big meals The cooker was very easy to use. The first time using I followed the water ratio exactly and the rice did burn a little. Second time I increased the water and it came out perfect. The automatic warmer after cooking is a great feature especially if your multi tasking at dinner time. The removable pot makes cleanup easy. Steaming vegetables takes a learning curve. I prefer using the stove so you see and feel exactly the way I want them. Overall it's a good cooker but a little big for my needs and if you don't want to keep it out you need a large space to store. I received this product for free to review.

Rated 4 out of 5 by AmyF from leave it and forget it I've always cooked rice on the stove and feel like I need to sit there and watch it for 30 minutes. I can now multitask! This device works very well all you do is put the water and rice in the container and check back in 30 minutes. It does have a steamer bucket as well for making veggies. The only down side is its size. Its unusual that I would need to make 20 cups of rice and when you live in a condo having something this large for making rice takes up space. I received this product as a sample to review but the opinions given in this rating are my own.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Rajendra from Great for everyday use Perfect rice cooker if you prefer rice as your dinner or lunch. I cook white rice in it everyday both morning and evening. Perfect size even if you have some guests in your home. Cooks very nicely. Perfect non-stick container inside. The only downside I feel is the lid sometimes is little hard to open, may be something stuck inside my unit. Other things are excellent. I received this unit as a sample to review and I cook my rice in it everyday without any problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Terri7754 from Great product, so many more uses than cooking rice Great product. So much more than a rice cooker. This came with a steamer basket and stiring utensil. In the book that came with the steamer were some great recipes too. I made the best rice pudding ever. This product was very easy to use add rice and water and push the button down. The only issue I had was I did not add enough water. I like my rice soft so I would double the recommended water amount. Clean up was very easy with the removable cooking pan and top, this is a great design. One of the only drawbacks that I see is the size of the unit is pretty large, but overall I loved it and would recommend it. If you do steam a lot or cook a lot of rice this would be a great appliance for you. Disclaimer: This product was given to me as a sample to review.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Stover62 from What a surprise! This is a great value. The rice comes out great and it costs a fraction of the other rice cookers. Good capacity to make large quantities if you have a big family or a group of friends coming over. We are an Asian/American family and are very picky about how the rice comes out. You will not be disappointed in the nice, moist, sticky rice you can make. We used it to make stir fry, fried rice and sushi rolls. You will love this product. I'm so happy to have recieved this product as a sample to demo.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Sandrilla from Easy peasy and perfect rice When I received my rice cooker I immediately started using and it was the easiest to use. Perfect rice in a little amount of time. The only thing I found with my entire experience was that the cord was a little shorter than expected, had to rearrange some of my small appliances to fit the rice cooker closer to an outlet due to the short cord. Otherwise I totally recommend it to anyone who remotely has made rice because it will come out perfect

Rated 4 out of 5 by MScotty from Nice Cooker. But. This is a nice rice cooker, add rice/ water and it does the rest. But lately have had some issues, sometimes I have to push down on the switch a few times to get it to stay in the cook mode. Also it will sometimes switch over to the keep warm function before I know the rice is actually gone(before it has started to boil). Otherwise it works great. I tried asking customer service, but they say my question doesn't meet there guidelines?
