Rated 3 out of 5 by RobinMc from Rack is a joke! Wonderful roaster itself!! I love the features of the roaster, BUT the rack is totally unusable for a large turkey! Try getting your hands down inside the hot roaster to grab the small rack handles and lift a 24 pound turkey. LOL! The replacement price of this rack is $2.99. This alone reflects the quality of the rack! I am replacing my grandmother's roaster that was purchased over 50 years ago and is just now becoming unreliable. Her rack is is large, heavy duty, and matches the quality of the roaster. It fits my new roaster, and I will be using it. If it weren't for having a replacement rack to use, I would have returned the roaster without using it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ouow67 from Rack is just right! I purchased 2 of these, the second after the first performed so well, and have cooked five 23-24lb turkeys in them with two in the queue this Thanksgiving. The rack is great because it keeps the turkey elevated above the bottom of the pan and chicken broth/water liquid combination of choice. Yet is low profile enough that it doesn't get in the way of putting a big bird in this roaster. They sell roast/turkey forks for a reason. To lift the roast/turkey from the roaster. The rack is not intended to perform this function, but the prior, and does it very well. 5 stars to this roaster!

Rated 1 out of 5 by whimsicality from Inner pan leaves much to be desired It's a generous size, it's pretty sitting on the counter.. but I honestly can't use it for it's intended purpose. After using it the first time, the inner pan is completely destroyed as the finish came off into the food and giving it a metallic taste. I'm not sure if it's due to the fact I purchased it from a local buy in bulk store or what. I will probably return it this week and look for a different brand. I have heard of others having similar problems, and even after a replacement pan from Oster, the new pan did the same thing. Not really meant to slowly cook.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lucky Nana from Kitchen Must-Have! I made my Thanksgiving turkey in this new roaster oven yesterday and could not be happier with the result! That turkey was so moist and delicious...and the added bonus is that clean-up was a breeze! I didn't know how I was going to handle leaving the lid on vs. basting my turkey every so often like I do with the oven, so I decided since it claimed to be self-basting, I would mix up a batch of my white wine & herb turkey baste and poured the whole thing over the turkey after the first hour. I even got a sizzle already! True to all the hype, the turkey self basted with my secret sauce and the whole bird came out so crispy and juicy! Be sure to preheat the oven with the insert pan inside & the lid on to the highest setting and cook the bird that way for the first half hour, then lower to 325 for the entire rest of the cook time. Our 18 pound bird took 4 1/2 hours total.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Packerbacker1975 from I LOVE this Roaster!! We bought this oven a few months ago. It is fabulous!! From chili, to stews, to pulled pork, it works like a dream and cooks everything to perfection. And the amount of oven space it frees up when cooking a large family meal is outstanding. It saves so much time, its irreplaceable. The only problem that I've had is that the control knob broke off after just a few uses. I've looked on this website and cant seem to find a replacement part for it. Is there any way to purchase a new knob? I've tried glue and tape, but it just won't work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Tim Steele from Buffet rack We love this roster (22 quart) works as advertised.. but we mistakenly thought that it came with a 3 compartment Buffet Server insert.. After it arrived we discovered it didn’t, however the Buffet Server is cited in the book.. Can we purchase the Buffet Server insert by itself?? I’ve looked on Amazon and on this site but have yet to locate it as a single item purchase..

Rated 1 out of 5 by lee7 from Useless for roasting turkeys. If I had known that you have to put the turkey into the oven for 30 minutes to get a nicely browned turkey I would never have bought it. This defeats the purpose of a roaster. Also, the self-basting lid leaves a massive amount of watered-down juice, making gravy tasteless. To roast a turkey was my only reason for buying this product.
